History

1992

The history of the federal autonomous scientific institution The Eastern State Planning Center began on February 27, 1992, when the Far Eastern Research Institute of the Market under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation was founded based on the Far Eastern branch of the USSR State Committee on Prices in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, № 378-r, 27.02.1992.

2008

In 2008, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, № 1810-r, 05.12.2008, the institution was transferred to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and was transformed into a federal autonomous institution in 2011.

2015

The next historical step for the institution was determined by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, № 2444-r, 03.12.2015, by which it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic.

2017

By Decree of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, № 154, 09.06.2017, a federal autonomous institution The Far East Market Research Institution was renamed into a federal autonomous scientific institution The Eastern State Planning Center (FANU “Vostokgosplan”).
