Primorye Territory is considered the most promising region of the Far Eastern Federal District in terms of economic and social development potential. A favourable climate, an extensive coastline, and the access to various resources for economic activity have created attractive living conditions, which predetermined a high level of residential development of the region.

Khabarovsk Territory
The priority development of the urban agglomerations of the Khabarovsk Territory, as well as its southern and coastal centers of population concentration, can become the main driver of development of the region. Two largest cities – Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur, which produce the most of the GRP, are the centers of concentration of economic entities (including small businesses) and the labor potential of the region.
